"Violets are Blue" refers to Dam-I's recognition of her own true identity and embracing her destiny as Lee Hwi. This fanfiction follows the significantly twisted ending of "The Kings Affection" in which Joseon has no other royal heir other than Lee Hwi. Dive in to find out how Lee Hwi remains true to "himself" as he steers Joseon into an era of utmost prosperity.

Long synopsis
After vowing to be the best king he could be in honor of his late twin brother and father, Lee Hwi embarks on a journey to learn more of the people of Joseon and at the same time, forget the pain that is deeply embedded from within.
