The arduous world has gone through a drastic change as far as time could tell. Set in the year "2044" - mankind is now advanced as technology has greatly evolved, and used for renovating and shaping the idea of architecture into something far more impactful and revolutionized than the unknowledgeable could comprehend.

"Sentinel", as what he may call himself, an outlaw that resides in a booted mercenary camp in Urzikstan on the south, had been advised to travel to Milwaukee, U.S.A in order to unexpectedly receive a mysterious token of gratitude by Captain John Price.

As shallow as the man's thoughts were in the present, naively after he receives the vague gratitude, he wouldn't know that his whole life would turn upside down forever.

Samantha Hall is a highly skilled soldier who's been recruited into the Task Force 141 by her father, General Shepherd. She knows she'll have no problem fitting in, especially when connecting to the other comrades, except one thing challenges that...and his name is John MacTavish. With a stubborn and sarcastic attitude, "Soap" is sure to drive Sam to the brink of insanity. Until he doesn't. Now with a more meaningful relationship with the handsome soldier, Sam finds herself questioning the trust she has in her father, especially as he turns his back on his own men. In a war of alliances, Samantha finds herself stuck between two different worlds: one with Soap and one without. Upon becoming part of a dangerous game, Sam is sure to stay with the men she knows best. Doing so will result in unprepared deaths and haunting twists, but Sam hopes the training instilled in her brain will help her evade the bullets whistling around her. ✧ ✧ ✧ WARNING- Will contain mature scenes that can include blood/violence, strong/offensive language, sexual activity, and alcohol/drugs. Read at your own preparation and discretion. DISCLAIMER- I do not own anything related to Modern Warfare 2 or 3. That belongs to affiliates of Call of Duty and all game creators. However, Samantha, some plot, and some situations are my ideas entirely, so I reserve all rights to them. Please do not take without asking. NOTE TO READERS- Thank you so much for the support and for continuing to read my stories. I truly hope you enjoy this fanfic from the traditional (2009) games that inspired me to write Call of Duty for y'all. I love each and every one of you so much!

"It is widely accepted that the supernatural's existence is unfathomable, and those that believe in it are simply mad." ♰ Jezebel Barker was a young, innocent girl who resided in the English moors her entire life. She was a provider, a good girl, when it came to her three siblings. She was a Christian, devoted herself to her family's practice and went to church each Sunday. The dark, windy, overgrown moors were her home. She loved it there. She spent most her time with her father, Damien Barker, reading historical novels and discussing the political climate. But when her entire family comes down with a deadly sickness and passes away, Jezebel is left behind with her father. They travel to the Riley Castle prompted by an invitation from the owner himself, and Jezebel finds herself beholding a gothic, chilling, and enigmatic fortress she is not certain she wants to reside in. Alas, she has no other choice, and enters the castle's depths alongside her father to meet some strange individuals indeed. A tale of mystery, secrets, and supernatural phenomena dwells between the words of "Castle," and haunts the reader to the very end. ♰ [1st Person P.O.V] [Ghost x Reader] [König x Reader] [Contains Smut] ♰ Disclaimer: I do not own the Call of Duty franchise, its plot, or its characters.
