Michael falls out of a wormhole into the Fallout universe, landing in the Canada Sector 189 bunkers, home to the Reverse Engineering and Advanced Technology Division. One year after the Total Atomic Inhalation, Aria and Jackson are hunting the Glowing One, seeking more information about Futurity tech as the ferals take over the Old Britannia Island

Joseph Moakai and the Playmakers, equipped with 22 upgraded Augmented XO7 power armor suits enhanced with Quasarium from Ava Brown and her augmented bone armor, join the fray. Jackson and Amelia, both with advanced mutations, team up with Mikie, who is Michael from the past. 

But wait-things are heating up. The Red-Belly-Typan clan has infuriated the Brotherhood at the Mt. Kosciuszko bunker quarters. The adventures unite with the Playmakers in the future after Ily, Ava's daughter from the past, brings them together to share in the advanced completion of the FEV-C Omega. This grants all of them spliced mutations that provide them with super abilities like teleportation, invisibility, wish granting, flying, super speed, and enhanced intelligence.

The 10,000-strong Typan clan crew is led by the first Behemoth, formerly Salazar Greyborn, who was experimented on in the 2100s. He is now controlled by a shadow creature fear tool manipulated by the Reptilian underground. The Zeta Zatirian Empire of Greens and Greys, with the Reckulorian, control the Earth's hollow moon, sending forth creatures of unfathomable size known as Titans-Category 12 legendary mutations created by the FEVC17. Commanding General Zetara-Zang has corrected its true purpose.

But two powers are at play as the battle beneath the mountain begins. Bow is helping them regain control when suddenly a voice calls to her. Her mother says, "You are the only one who can stop Za. His corruption, if not prevented here, will unite with the Alpha Omnimon. Cascading events caused an anomaly I didn't prepare you.

The last was called Magpie who had a very special ability some want to acquire however she saw it as a never ending curse. None of the family were actually related to each other however the only thing they had were each other, so they were going to stick together no matter what happened. The family lived in a small cabin in the middle of the woods going to broken cities and hunting for food had been communicating with the other half of the family who were on the other side of the world and had a key to their continued survival, their names were Coraline and Ivy they were Ravens sisters. They were waiting for them at the only way they were going to be able to survive any longer. Powder, Raven and Magpie needed to make a journey to Ivy and Claudia, so they could all go to China for a very important asset to their survival, however they weren't sure if they would even be able to survive the journey through the unknown surface of Zarlum.

Countless lives wasted to the attack when peace and coexistence could have been an option. Human's, losing, resorted to no other option then chemical warfare. Lieth was born in Scottland and migrated to America as a child when she was ten years old, Ten years before the invasion. She was now 30yrs old. The chemical used in the war completely altered her genetic makeup. She stopped growing upon becoming infected and the effects were permanent. The chemical also caused her hair roots to stain a deep green hue giving her a more inhuman hair color. Her eyes defined her the most. They were a brilliant shade of Ember, like flames in a fire. Kaija was Heir to his Father's Reine. The Tephra were a very tall, fit, Agile and fast, clearly built for hunting. They also stopped aging once they hit adult-hood. Dying only due to sickness, accidents or being slain. Kai's hope was to hopefully unite both races, by force if needed. Kai had long white hair that went past his hips. His skin was a tannish cream tone, a scar over his left eye. He had an agile black tail that was adorned in gold armor. Long pointed elf-like ears. He wore black armor with gold trimming that was protective against attacks of any kind, but was very light making it easy for him to move around. Armored boots adorned with climbing spikes and gloves that exposed his razor-sharp claws. The most distinctive feature of all was the golden skill mask he wore that shown is crystalline blue hues.
