In BioShock 4: Shadows of Rapture, Rapture has once again become a stage for chaos and conflict, but with a new and dangerous twist. After the events of BioShock 2, Eleanor Lamb is struggling to maintain her fragile peace in a city increasingly overrun by splicers and corrupted forces. However, her efforts are interrupted when she encounters a ghostly apparition of her father, Subject Delta, and learns that a hidden twin brother with a different father has emerged, adding complexity to her already tumultuous life.

As Eleanor grapples with these revelations, other key figures in Rapture come into play. Dr. Brigid Tenenbaum, whose moral struggles with her past experiments continue to haunt her, and Augustus Sinclair, whose motivations are ever-shifting, navigate their own paths through the city's darkness. The sudden appearance of Elizabeth and Booker DeWitt from the BioShock Infinite universe adds another layer of intrigue, as they search for answers and confront the dimensional rifts pulling them into Rapture's depths.

The story escalates with the reappearance of Jack, the protagonist from the original BioShock, who is mysteriously pulled back into Rapture through a tear in reality. His return sparks a confrontation with Yi Suchong, the morally dubious scientist, who now controls an upgraded Big Daddy and harbors plans for Rapture that threaten to push the city into further madness.

As alliances shift and secrets are revealed, the characters must confront both their pasts and their uncertain futures. With new and terrifying threats around every corner, the stakes are higher than ever, and the battle for Rapture's soul reaches new heights.

Locked away in the towering prison of Monument Island, young Elizabeth Comstock had only ever known isolation, her only company being books, the ever-present gaze of scientists, and the looming shadow of Songbird. But one day, as she experiments with her strange ability to open tears-gateways to other worlds-her childish curiosity gets the better of her. She steps through one... and vanishes from Columbia. She lands in Zaun, the undercity of Piltover, a world far different from the floating utopia she once knew. Lost and confused, Elizabeth is taken in by a ragtag group of street kids-Vi, Powder, Mylo, and Claggor-who bring her to their adoptive father, Vander, the de facto leader of the Lanes. Rather than cast her out, Vander offers her a home, unknowingly altering the course of Zaun and Piltover's history forever. As the years pass, Elizabeth grows into a streetwise survivor, but her tears remain a mystery-even to her. She begins to see visions of possible futures, warning her new family of threats before they happen. When she foresees Silco's coup against Vander, the undercity is spared from collapse, and the events that once led to Zaun's destruction never unfold. Yet, while Elizabeth may have escaped her gilded cage, she is never truly free. Piltover's elite take notice of her unnatural abilities, and whispers of her visions spread. And beyond the veil of dimensions, Songbird is still searching for her-a relentless guardian with orders to bring her home, no matter the cost. As war brews between Zaun and Piltover, Elizabeth must choose between the city that gave her freedom and the past that refuses to let her go. With her found family by her side, she will fight to forge a new fate-not just for herself, but for all of Zaun. But fate is never so easily rewritten. And in the shadows, the cycle of Columbia's prophecy still lingers, waiting for its moment to reclaim her.

WARNING: SEQUEL TO Blinding Darkness!!!!! By: Momentz_Night (ME!) I now know why my mother would sacrifice herself for me all those years ago. . .it was because her love for me was so strong that her own life meant nothing to her if it came to my own. Despite the fact that I was really her niece - due to the fact that her twin sister and brother-in-law, my biological mother and father, dropped me off at her and her family's doorstep when I was not even a week old - she cared for me. The man and woman I considered my father and mother, Walter and Helen, took me in with their own children, my three big brothers. So as I stand on the same cliff she took her own life at - and the person who wanted me for my pure blood genes - I stare into the eyes of a soulless monster. A being that has no heart, and the monster wants something from me that I cannot give without a fight; my precious child. I place myself between my loved ones and the Alpha King, ready to fight till death if I have to. And so it begins. . . . ********* Elizabeth is now separated from her pack and beloved mate, Vincent, and is trying to protect those she loves by finally destroying the Alpha King forever. But as her child is born she finds out something shocking beyond anything she ever knew and that shock changes to fear as she realizes that she must never let that something happen. You want to know what that something is? You want to know what happens? Well keep reading and find out. (I recommend reading Blinding Darkness first or else you'll be confused.) Trigger warning - Severely sensitive topics. Around 25 years ago, an unknown virus plagued the Earth- targeting none other than fresh and unaltered genetic codes. Humans, animals, plants- any living matter that comes in contact with it quickly faces its immense mutational power, sparking nothing but unruly destruction. This living nightmare demanded more than a simple adaptation, it forced a complete overhaul on daily life. Yet, despite humanity's best efforts to adapt to this new system- cities plummeted to the ground, nations were obliterated in chaotic arrays of fire, countries infected by the scourge of madness brought about by meaningless war. Humanity was driven to the brink of extinction. In a desperate attempt to survive these conditions, humanity came up with something to protect them. Colonies. A radius considered a "Safe Zone", as it incapacitates any infected attempting to breach its perimeter. Its the perfect environment to rebuild what's left of society. On the flip-side, the infected create nests of their own, producing genetic amalgams beyond human comprehension, and attracting many others of their kind. It is assumed that their sole objective is to propagate. Consume. These are called "Contamination Zones", and their increased numbers have caused dozens of Colonies, and outposts alike, to suffer breaches and irreversible changes all over the continent. The infected are ruthlessly growing stronger. Rhys, the Warden of Zamaton Colony, has taken measures to prevent the catastrophic events from ever reaching their quiet life, where Kayden Moss, the survivalist in question, has lived for the past 3 years. If all goes well, they'll avoid these breaches, Or so it seems...

However, as Booker Dewitt finally finds the answer to his own life's problems, you discover that coming to Columbia might have something for you too... [DISCLAIMER;] Guess what?
