Elizabeth Windsor comes from an old money family, but after a fight with her parents she decides she doesn't want to be a part of that family.
She runs to New York and at a cafe she meets Phoebe Buffay and her friends and offers her a place to stay.
That day she moves in with Phoebe and Monica and now one year later she considers them family.

Chandler Bing lives across the hall from Monica and Phoebe, when the girls find a new roommate he becomes fascinated by her beauty and brains. 
After a while they have a few hook ups that none of the other members of the group knew about, but time passes and they call it off, there's still a few kisses between them and their friends have gotten used to them, but nothing more than that happens.

Chandler Bing now calls Elizabeth Windsor his best friend, and he doesn't want anything to ruin what they have.
