Sure, his family moves at least once a year, and yes, his teenage sister needs a full-time caretaker -- not that it's any of your business. Except then his parents get captured by the police, and right before, his mom reveals three things:

1. His last name is not Williams
2. Absolutely no one can be trusted
3. His sister must be protected at all costs

Add a gunshot wound, a fiery ex-gang member, and powers no one can explain, and you get trouble bigger than Jason can take on alone. But when anyone could be an enemy, just who do you turn to for help?
