  Upon the rise in missing persons reports and unsettling murder cases in Northwest Raccoon City, the RPD's S.T.A.R.S unit sends their bravo team to investigate. Not knowing that the situation is a lot more sinister than it seems. Rebecca Chambers and Y/N L/N of the bravo team split off together upon emergency landing. Both cautious of the escaped inmate, Billy Coen, unaware of the more threatening dangers they ahead. Under the circumstances the pair reluctantly team up with the ex-lieutenant, who seems to have an eye for the older of the two officers.
