My way of dealing with the ups and downs of twenty one year old life.

2 teens, 2 separate lives, and 2 words linking them together without them even realizing. Each chapter will be electronic messages of anonymous teenagers, one boy and one girl, and will share dark themes and a ton of realistic mentionings of mental health disorders. The anonymous girl will figure out who the boy is and the messages get deeper as the two connect through their battles. Both teens will fight the battle 30 million people of all ages and gender battle in the U.S. ALONE. STORY MEANT TO RAISE AWARENESS IN MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS, NOT TO GLORIFY THESE ISSUES. I have had many family and friends go through mental health issues and I want to help raise awareness of how it feels to be trapped in your own body. Thanks! CONTENT WARNING.

Suffering alone inside of your mind from a terrifying mental disorder, is something that even those who battle such a thing every day, cannot fully understand. It's like being alone 24/7 yet it's never quiet inside of your head. You can't stop the voices. You can't control your emotions. As it gets worse, you lose control of your body all together. You become prey to your disease and You can't fight back. That is what it's like for someone who has spent years of their life suffering in silence from an eating disorder. Fighting a monster that you have no chance of beating. It's almost impossible to describe the type of torture that consumes your mind. Hell. It's equivalent to pure hell.

H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems. All images featured were found via Bing Search, online.

Alora's life hasn't always been pretty. What with an abusive father, getting put into the system, having been bounced around the system, and getting separated from her brothers for two years really takes a toll on you. When Alora is placed with emotionally and physically abusive foster parents, her mental health goes down the drain. But her brothers that haven't contacted her in four months suddenly want to come back into her life, things get complicated. Follow Alora and her older brother on their journey to rekindle their relationship and find their places in each others lives. Is weight what really matters in life? Maybe it is, maybe it's not. Maybe some people care about it more than others. Livia, 17-year-old girl gets to experience the real raw world. Friends, best friends, are suddenly making her conscious of her body. The comments are driving Livia to the deep end, suffering endlessly from the need to starve, to always be more beautiful. Can she be saved anymore, or does she even want to be saved? Disclaimer: English isn't my native language, so I'm very sorry if there's spelling mistakes, etc!! Also, this is my first real book here and my writing gets better throughout the chapters!!!
