Evaline Halstead spent the past 3 years working with the FBI's Flyteam after her mother passed away from cancer. She transferred out of the New York field office and moved to Europe. 

Evaline was the youngest of the Halstead siblings. Will her eldest brother, they were pretty close staying in touch over the years. However her other older brother Jay and her used to be close until he joined the Army Rangers and basically vanished without a word...

Until a case the Fly team worked on in Moldova sends Evaline to the hospital in critical condition after a car bomb went off nearby. Leaving her boss and fiance Scott Forrester to make a call from the ICU informing her family of the incident; leaving them scrambling for a flight to Europe.
