(WARNING SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED THE 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY MOVIE!!!)
Over 20 years have passed since Kamen Rider OOO, Hino Eiji's, final battle. Now in the year 2041, a brand new threat has arisen in the form of Noise, lifeforms that have been killing off members of humanity. With a new threat, a brand new OOO has inherited the title of Kamen Rider OOO has come to aid a group of singing Valkyries to combat this new threat.
