Reborn in an alternate version of Soul Land, the young orphan boy now named Cao Jie lives his life near the outskirts of Star Luo Empire with nothing more to his name but a mysterious ring that appeared beside him in a flash of light the day he woke up in this world.

Wishing to live his second life as ordinarily as possible, Cao Jie couldn't help but think that perhaps it might be better if he did not awaken spirit energy during the upcoming Spirit Awakening Ceremony.

Unfortunately for him though fate had other plans.

A few days just before his awakening ceremony, Cao Jie unexpectedly gets transported to an unknown space due to his mysterious ring and there he saw a treasure trove of opportunities to change his seemingly ordinary fate.

From there he began a journey that was completely different from any other spirit master's.... if there are Monsters in Heaven Dou then there are Anomalies in Star Luo.

Such is the reality achieved by the Inheritor of Tangs' Heroes!

What will Zhao Yunlan do to save this girl from those spirits? P/s: This story is a horror and supernatural story. But not really horror I guess since I am a chicken for the horror stories. So, it's a little horror maybe but has a supernatural thing also. As always, I can't write BL, so due to I love to see the sweetness of Zhu Yi Long and Bai Yu in Guardian drama as well as the other characters in that drama, so, I changed Shen Wei to be a girl too in this story. Sorry for that and please don't read my stories if you can't stand to imagine Shen Wei as a girl in my stories.
