⤷Emiko Iguro was the little sister of Obanai Iguro. When they were kids, she noticed how bad he was treated just for the color of his eyes, how he was locked in a cage, how his mouth was slit...she had seen almost all of it. Emiko managed to help him escape from his cage and they both ran away, as fast as they could. Emiko tripped behind, and urged Obanai to run away from the demon chasing them, and her and Obanai were separated ever since that day, never to see each other again.

Fast forward 9 years later, Emiko was 15 and Obanai was 21. Emiko had recently just joined the demon slayer corps. She on a mission on Mount Natagumo with her friends Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Kanao, who was one of her adoptive older sister, and Inosuke. They were doing well, the demons all killed. But then Tanjiro and Nezuko were called to headquarters, to be on trial, not knowing that it would change something for Emiko forever.
