Welcome to Palancar's Academy! Here you will begin your training as a rider, and hopefully, a dragon egg will eventually hatch for you! Then you will proceed on your adventure outside of Alagaesia to the Rider's Academy to learn from the renowned riders including Eragon himself!

Skye Lilysdaughter is on her way to Palancar's Academy after her grandmother died, leaving her without a home and not much to her name. She only wants to keep herself off the streets, but soon she realizes the Academy seems to have a creeping secret underneath, slowly revolving around its desires. To what end, she will inevitably find out.

When men attack the village, her father disguises her as a young boy and makes her swear never to reveal her identity. When the marauders discover her, they take her and the other women and children hostage. Erys struggles to survive. Hiding her identity is almost impossible, and once they get her to the slave market, she would be trapped forever, and her true identity discovered. She plans her escape every night but has no idea where to go or who to trust. Her only sure plan of action is to free her mother, who has disappeared along with the other women captured the night of the attack. But first she has to escape her captors. And they have a dark secret and an even darker motive. One that would surely wreak havoc if no one stops them. Disclaimer! I do own Alagäesia. The First Dragon Riders by Cerberous10

This is a prequel to the Inheritance Cycle. This is how the first Dragon Riders came to be and how they change to help Alagaesia from those who wish to harm it. Once the truce between dragons and elves is made the dragons gave the elves three eggs, once they hatched the new riders must train to become the heroes and protectors Eragon (the original one not Eragon Brom's son) expects them to be, but then the new queen Dellanir forbids dragon riders to enter the elves' forests, making it a little more difficult. Afterwards Eragon appoints the Rider's new leader and leaves with another rider to explore other lands beyond the Edda River. Winner of the TR Awards in the Group 3 (1k views) category

Two years after the end of The Inheritance Cycle (one year after FWW), we follow Murtagh and Thorn as they hurry across Alagaesia, trying to warn their friends of a potential threat, and unravel the mystery of a witch stalking across the land. Murtagh faces past demons and Thorn tries to convince him to accept the love and help of his family and friends.
