M3GAN is supposed to be children best guardian. Because of desire of being relieved of duty of taking care of her nieces, Gemma offers them M3GAN to take care of them. The girls are attitude towards the doll in completely different ways. Cady doesn't like the toy, finds her boring and doesn't respect her. For Sophie, M3GAN is more than just a wonderful and perfect toy. She's like a real friend for her, almost a parent. Over time, M3GAN's goal of protecting Cady and Sophie becomes really disturbing - the doll kills everyone who dares to threaten her primary users. What will happen, when Gemma, Sophie and Cady find out about M3GAN's bad actions? Will Gemma be able to protect her nieces from AI killer robot? What will be Cady's choice and what Sophie's? Will they choose the relationship with their aunt or will they fall into M3GAN's manipulating actions?
