SOME MATURE THEMES

I HAVE PUT A CHAPTER WITH ANYTHING THAT MAY UPSET SOME READERS AT THE START OF THE BOOK, BUT OTHERWISE ENJOYY!!!!

Averly Hammond: a lover of smutty books, black coffee, netball player and is as English as they come. She's fiercely independent but has one soft spot-Nate McIntyre, her boy best friend.

Nate McIntyre: tea drinker, football player, and twin brother to Zane. He's the dependable guy who's always by Averly's side. But can best friends stay just that, or is there something unspoken lingering beneath the pages?

Zane McIntyre: the bookish goalkeeper destined for Premier League greatness who never seems to wear his glasses but always sees what truly matters. He loves his motorbike, lattes, and giving book bouquets. Family means everything to him, but there's one person who's starting to mean even more.

When Zane's feelings for Averly ignite, the triangle of love, friendship, and loyalty is tested. Will their love lead to a happily ever after, or will their choices end up killing three birds with one stone?

Sometimes, the risk is worth the reward-but at what cost?

Her skating coach and the hockey coach paired their students up to help each other get 'better'. What happens when she gets paired with her brother's friend, her number one enemy? She's sworn to surpass him, but will she be able to? Off limits for her brother's friends, Victoria's been told not to date them because they'll break her heart. But shouldn't she be the one to decide? What happens when Zach's paired with his best friend's little sister? Does he beat her to prove he's better, or does he let her win so she doesn't get hurt? Book 1 in the Shades Of Resilience series *This books previous title was 'Off The Ice', but I wants crazy about it so I changed it, sorry for the inconvenience.*
