A MEMORY OF YOU (SHORT STORY)

Pon once loved someone deeply who was Sailub, a senior a year older than him. Despite Pon's unwavering affection, Sailub couldn't accept it. He didn't return Pon's feelings and, in fact, despised him. To Sailub, Pon's childish, attention-seeking behavior was irritating. Yet, Pon never gave up. He made Sailub breakfast, packed his lunch, showered him with gifts, and relentlessly pursued him, ignoring Sailub's clear disinterest.

Everything changed one day when Pon was involved in an accident right in front of their school. When Sailub heard the news, guilt consumed him. He decided to visit Pon with gifts as a gesture of remorse, to his shock, Pon no longer remembered him. The accident had taken away the part of Pon's memory where Sailub existed.
