A 12 year old boy that struggles with bullying and a strange case of anxiety finds out he's a vessel, a body that can use the gods' powers.  What humans call 'myths and legends' begin to hunt him down to prevent Ra and the otherworldly beings from defeating Apep in the next solar eclipse. The kid is taken under the Soleil's Barque for protection, a community living in one of Australia's national parks, with inhabitants strangely similar to that of gods and mages, under the one condition that he help prevent the next vessel of Apep to form.

Heavily  inspired by the Kane Chronicles/ Percy Jackson by Rick Riordan,  however this story is my work and my work alone.All Rights Reserved

The hawk god, Isis prayed to her grandfather for guidance. As Horus grew older, Set's grip on power strengthened. Fear ruled the young Egypt. But those both god and man were still loyal to Horus and his mother helped plan revenge. Horus, now a man. And his trusted human servant Ahmose battled Set. This carnage saw the sacred Nile run red with blood. Hearing the cries of man. Amun Ra travelled from his sacred ship and commanded all gods to return to the afterlife and fight their battles there.
