But his life has just getting started. As his soul was floating in a black void, a shining light suddenly appeared, and it spoke about reincarnate him to a new world, and he was granted 5 wishes before he was reincarnated to that said world.

This teenager is a die-hard anime fan, especially Dragon Ball, and he was introduced to a fanmade Dragon Ball series called Dragon Ball AF.
