Elliot Hayes has mastered the art of staying invisible. In a high school ruled by social cliques and unspoken rules, he's content to spend his lunch breaks sketching the chaos from the safety of his corner in the cafeteria. But when Ryan Callahan-golden boy of the basketball team-catches him mid-sketch, Elliot's carefully hidden world begins to unravel.

Forced to collaborate on a school mural, the two boys clash in ways neither expects. As late-night painting sessions turn into shared secrets, Elliot starts to see cracks in Ryan's confident façade, and Ryan discovers there's more to Elliot than the quiet kid with the sketchbook.
