Kleos (Greek: κλέος) is the ancient Greek concept of glory, fame, and honor earned through heroic deeds and lasting achievements.

The Kleos Awards summon the bravest of writers to stand before the wise Council of the Gods, where the finest stories will be honored with eternal renown. If your words carry the weight of true achievement, if your tales stir the soul and challenge the heart, then the time has come for you to claim your rightful place in the halls of literary glory.

Submit your work to the Kleos Awards and face the Trials of Glory. Whether your story echoes through mythical realms or explores the depths of human experience, the Council will seek those who embody the essence of kleos-immortal fame earned through excellence in storytelling.

The stage is set. The challenge is yours. Will your name be sung by the bards? Enter the Kleos Awards and prove you are worthy of everlasting honor.

Book of Contests (2024) by SeraDrake
181 parts Complete
To keep myself from losing track of: all the contests I've entered, all the contests I've volunteered myself as a judge (or let myself be voluntold into judging), all the books I've had to read as a contestant or as a judge, all the deadlines, and all the other important stuff, I've decided to create a book that registers all these things in a somewhat organized fashion. I can't remember who advised me to do that, but whoever you are, and there are probably several of you, thank you. I've been reading that it's extremely common for contests to be a bit sluggish with follow-up if a person wins a major prize and gets graphics and shout-outs, so I'll use this book to keep track of that, too. I had no idea so many people would be adding my personal convenience book to their own bookshelves, let alone voting for chapters - if my book of contests is useful to other people, that makes me happy. Very happy. However, I feel I must reiterate that although other people are welcome to browse my public contest logs and look for contests, look for information about details of contests (i.e. you want me to pour you some tea), etc, these contest logs are primarily for my own use. I enter so many contests that I can't keep track of them without a log. I forget important details, too, including things like "Note to self: You do not get along with this contest host, best not participate in their contests." This was never meant to be an "expose" book. I'm not exposing anybody. Contests are matters of public record, as are any comments made in the contest books. I'm just a ditz who needs a written log to keep track of everything. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders.
