Gotham is now higher in crime and drug consumption than before the time of Batman. As The Joker recruits more people to join his side in a proclaimed "War on Gotham", Batman and Robin must fight through the criminal ranks, and use all the skills in their bodies to save Gotham for the first time . . . and definitely not the last.
