Rakhi's words cut through my emotions. "He's yours now, and he's moved on from the girl he loved once. So, why are you creating a scene?"

I knew she was right, but my heart wasn't convinced. "I know he's moved on, but he treats her the same way he treats me. There's no difference. And I know he still misses her," I said, tears streaming down my face.

Rakhi's expression softened. "What's going on, really?" she asked gently.

I took a deep breath, trying to articulate my feelings. "Every time I read their chats or letters, I feel like... like I came between them. He wasn't meant to be mine. His efforts to move on are genuine, but my heart can't seem to understand the situation."

Rakhi's eyes filled with compassion. "Like what?" she prompted.

I wiped my tears, struggling to find the words. "Like I'm a replacement, not the one he truly loves. And sometimes I feel like I should leave him, set him free to go back to the girl he loved once."

Rakhi's grip on my hand tightened. "But then what stops you?" she asked.

I looked up at her, my voice barely above a whisper. "The thought of leaving him, of causing him more pain...it's unbearable. I healed him, Rakhi. If I leave him now, he'll be broken again. I don't think I can live with that."
