There are always people in a team you get along better with than others, you might not speak to all, until a very specific time where bad things are obviously happening. 
After Manchester United's 1-3 loss to Brighton at Old Trafford, United's manager Rúben Amorim was fuming with how badly they had played, and smashed a few things here and there. He was going to punish the players a bit as well, but then Bruno Fernandes stepped in. Though he got frightened as well, everyone was to be fair, except one. So Manuel Ugarte was the one who ended up taking the punishment himself. 
The others were worried, but only one actually knew what happened, he heard and saw too much, and he knew that what Manuel said afterwards was a lie. Someone he never speaks to. Matthijs de Ligt.

You either think what your going to say and they'll hear it and respond you. The sad thing is that Bakugou's soulmate is normally muted(flashing) or shouting very loud.
