Ruby the Cat has had a terrible childhood...

She had to watch her only family member lose her life to the Shinobi Clan, and abandon her to run to safety in the city of Sol, where she has been hiding ever since.

But one fateful night, she accidentally sets off a city-wide power outage, catching the attention of Lead Officer Blaze Ember-Rose, and Agent Damion (Devil) While Blaze agrees to help, Devil is now on a mission to catch her.

Now, Ruby and Blaze must make it to Tokyo and get Ruby's wand back so she can go back into hiding before the Devil catches them.

Will they make it? Will Ruby escape? Will there be more to Ruby and Blaze than we realize?
