[Doctor Who (2005) | The Doctor/Original Female Character]

All her life, Riley had known one undeniable truth: She had the worst luck in the entire history of bad lucks. It was the cold, hard fact that anyone, who'd ever met her, would agree.

And yet, strangely enough, Riley sometimes felt like she had the best luck in the worst situations.

(Technically, those situations only happened because of her bad luck in the first place, but she'd rather not think about that.)

Take right now, for example.

Once again, Riley had managed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. And once again, she was in dire danger involving aliens.

But hey! At least The Doctor's there to catch her when she falls.
