Breath of the Bride is my tribute to resilience, love, and the unwavering spirit of my land. The bride in my poem is not just a woman-she is Palestine itself, draped in pride and adorned with unyielding strength. Her veil is woven with resilience, her gown stitched with history, and her breath carries the weight of generations who refuse to be broken.
Every step she takes is a vow to the land beneath her feet, a promise that no chain will ever silence her. Through storms, through tears, through rivers of struggle, she remains-unbowed, unbroken. She is the mother, the fighter, the guide-the living soul of a nation that breathes through her.
This poem is not just words; it is a heartbeat, a banner of defiance, a hymn of survival. It is the story of every Palestinian woman who carries the weight of history and still stands tall. It is my voice, my truth, my unwavering promise that no force can erase the love and strength rooted in our land.
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers.
I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism.
I really hope none of you relate with any of these :)
I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can.
The poems are not in any order. They are just the thoughts that pop up any time of the day.
