When a routine mission goes horribly wrong, the PJ Masks find themselves facing an unexpected crisis. During a fight with Romeo, Amaya (Owlette) is gravely injured after being shot in the abdomen. With no time to waste, Connor (Catboy) and Greg (Gekko) rush her to Gaffney Chicago Medical Center, where they must hide the truth behind Amaya's injury to protect their identities.

As Amaya fights for her life in the ICU, the hospital staff - including Dr. Will Halstead, Dr. Natalie Manning, and the Halstead brothers - are left to figure out what really happened. Meanwhile, the PJ Masks struggle to keep their cover while trying to ensure Romeo is brought to justice.

In the aftermath, the team grows closer, facing not only physical wounds but emotional scars. Ten years later, Amaya returns to the hospital where she was treated, now as a hero in her own right, to reflect on how far she's come. Amidst the reunion, Connor races to share some exciting news - Greg and An Yu have tied the knot!
