Blood so traitorous it clots.

Larkin Travers is a mourner, through and through. The last two years of her life have been defined by her loss. It is not just her fiancé who has been taken, but her mother, her career, even the hope that one day she could overcome the sins that contaminate her family name. In some ways, it is good that Fred Weasley isn't around to witness her struggle.

A visit from an old classmate suddenly leaves her life reeling when she discovers that maybe, however slim the possibility might be, Fred Weasley did not die in the war. Now, she has a chance to make right the seconds where she lost everything. Larkin Travers would do anything to make it so Fred was alive and yet, nothing he could do to reignite their relationship.

GHOST OF YOU || Fred Weasley

54 parts Complete

As Lavender Brown's body lay amongst the ruins of what was once her home, she watched a family grieve the loss of one of their own, wondering why fate had so cruelly dealt them such cards. From a young age, all she wanted was to love and be loved in the same manner, but perhaps witnessing it with her dying breaths was all she deserved. No one should suffer that pain. If only things had worked out differently, she could have helped them and perhaps made a difference. A few feet away, Fred Weasley lay lifeless, his spirit having left the body. Yet when he wakes up the next morning with no memory of it all, it slowly dawns on him that something had gone terribly wrong. The only question remained was, could he do anything to fix it?
