Whispers of an unrecorded presence linger at the edges of thought-too vast, too incomprehensible to grasp. The Stellaron pulses with an unfamiliar resonance, drawing the Trailblazer toward something outside the reach of reason. A presence that does not destroy, but simply unmakes.

The universe has forgotten why it is afraid.

He doesn't want to live. After everything he's been through in life, death was a relief. But Aha doesn't care what he wants; the Aeon's only concern is their own amusement. And so, he's dropped onto a planet full of bounty hunters, criminals, and lunatics - people who want nothing more than to kill him. Great. With powers he barely understands, enemies at every turn, and an Aeon constantly watching for entertainment, all he really wants is to find a way to die again.
