A Cop's Help [Sample]

An NYPD homicide detective, and a cop, living in Manhattan, New York, Riley Ashton, age twenty-four, working at the New York City Police Department in the Detective's Bureau Manhattan's Homicide Squad, gets a report from a patrol officer that a young boy named Ethan Kroger, age fifteen, his mother and stepfather, were killed in their luxury home. Once the investigation has begun, Riley and his detective partner Will Retcher, are to work together to get the clues together. Riley, as he investigates the murder of the McCanns, starts to realize that the murder is much more than just any kind of murder.

When Riley finds out that Ethan's mother and stepfather were murdered in cold blood due to the abuse Ethan had endured, Riley shockingly finds out (while investigating the case) that Ethan and his group of other students are in involved in a group called Must Murder Abusers, a group started by a different perpetrator who planned to murder the McCanns. But who was he and what is the real reason why they murder Ethan's mother and stepfather? But Riley, as a cop, needs help, as the investigation continues, with Ethan's help. But will Ethan help Riley on getting justice for the McCanns?
