Frozen fire (todobrothers and Bakutodo)

A story that has been done with this family way too much but never disappoints, Frozen x Todosiblings.

You know how the story goes but instead of how does always go, Touya is elsa and instead of ice powers he still has blue flames. Also Shoto doesn't have any quirk/power

Notes:
Shoto is still gonna have his scare but a different story of how he got it
Shoto is also still gonna have half white and red hair but a strand of white is on his red side (kind like touyas when he was younger)
Touya is gonna get his burns but not as a child
