Kyoko Miyuki is an ordinary police officer in bustling Tokyo, working day in and day out to maintain law and order in a city that never sleeps. She's sharp, dedicated, and highly committed to her job, but she's also tired of the routine and often finds herself questioning if she's making any real difference.

Her life takes an unexpected turn when she stumbles upon a mysterious device-an ancient, sleek, white USB-like object-while investigating a seemingly ordinary crime scene. This device, known as the Eternal Gaia Memory, is far from ordinary. It holds the sum of all of Earth's knowledge, and in the wrong hands, it could bring about destruction. Along with the Eternal Gaia Memory, Kyoko discovers a strange, almost alien object-the Lost Driver. With the push of a button, Kyoko is bound to a power she never could have imagined.

As Kyoko grapples with her new reality, she finds herself becoming the new Kamen Rider Eternal-a protector of humanity forced to face the dark forces trying to exploit the Memory's power. With every battle, Kyoko struggles to reconcile her ordinary, grounded life with the extraordinary demands placed on her. The burden of protecting the world while keeping her personal life intact becomes overwhelming. She must rely on her instincts, intelligence, and sense of justice to stop those who would misuse the Eternal Gaia Memory.
