Paris is no longer the City of Light. It is a graveyard, swallowed by an eerie silence, its streets drowned beneath rising waters, its once-grand landmarks reduced to rubble. The sky remains frozen in an eternal pale blue, and the world as Jessica Snow knew it...has fallen.
With Ladybug missing and no sign of any survivors, Jess, once known as White Panther, fights to survive in a city ruled by ghosts of the past. But she isn't alone. Watching from the shadows, haunting the ruins like a specter, is him.
Chat Noir is gone.
In his place stands Chat Blanc-a broken, twisted reflection of the hero he once was. His golden hair turned silver, his vibrant green eyes replaced with an icy blue void, and his playful smirk now a hollow shell of what it used to be.
He watches her. Lingers near her apartment. Never attacking, never leaving. A predator circling his last link to the world before everything shattered.
Jess doesn't know why he saved her. She doesn't know why he stays. But as the line between enemy and ally blurs, she's left wondering-how much of the stray cat she once knew is still left inside the monster Paris now fears?
And if she reaches out...will he pull her down with him?
