Y/n L/n was once a normal boy and a close friend of Ben Tennyson until he and Ben came across a pair of watches called the Omnitrix and The Superior Omnitrix. He and Ben went on many adventures with his grandpa and cousin Gwen. However, that came to an end when Y/n's parents got concerned about Y/n grades at school.

But one day, a mysterious man drops a flyer about a private school called Yokai Academy. Thinking this was the best chance for Y/n to improve his studies. They enrolled him to the academy unaware of the school is actually a school of Monsters.
