Hey, Remus! - A Very Lupin Tale

Canon-compliant (with a few twists), this story follows Remus Lupin as he juggles war, loss, secret missions, rising prejudice, and the emotional chaos of falling in love for the first time-at 36! Because of course all of that would happen to him.
Maria is a woman with ADHD from another universe who's been reading fantasy books about him for years. Which is already strange enough. But here's the twist: in his world, she's the fictional character. He's read about her. Dreamed about her. And now, somehow, she's standing right in front of him.
As their lives intertwine, Remus fights feelings he can't afford to have. But for once, knowing the future isn't just a burden-it might be a reason to hope.

(This story is kind of a spin-off of "Hey, Remus! - Between The Pages Of Our Worlds" - let's call this the "Hey, Remus!" series - , told from Remus' POV, a more adult version and with more focus on Maria's neurodivergencies - and the way Remus deals with her emotional chaos -, featuring many extra scenes and chapters, and a song for each chapter. For Lupin lovers - specially romantic grown-ups - and anyone who's dreamed of meeting a fictional character.
