Jimin had spent his whole life being told he wasn't enough. Too chubby, too weak, too unlovable. The world never failed to remind him of it-through cruel words, disgusted stares, and empty silence.

"Will anyone care after I'm gone?"

No one ever did. Not his parents, not his friends, not even his husband-Yoongi, the man forced to marry him, who never looked at him with anything but cold indifference.

Jimin thought he was strong enough to endure it. Thought he could swallow the pain, silence the voices, pretend he didn't care.

But even the strongest hearts can break.

And when they do, sometimes, it's too late for anyone to pick up the pieces.
