Through the veil of dreams

Ciyona had been in love with Ryan ever since elementary school. Her feelings for him were so intense that it seemed like everyone in school knew about her crush. But to Ryan, Ciyona was just another friend-nothing more, nothing less. When Ryan left for his studies abroad, Ciyona, still carrying the weight of her feelings, couldn't bear the thought of the embarrassing messages she'd once sent him. In shame, she blocked him on every social platforms, hoping to bury the past.

But fate had other plans. As Ciyona was spinning her wheels looking for a job, strange dreams began to haunt her-dreams where Ryan appeared, but not in the way she remembered. He was calling out for help, desperate and in pain. Ciyona could only comfort him in her dreams, unable to understand the reasons behind his suffering.
