If you're a caregiver, then you stay in school until you're eighteen, being taught how to properly care for a little, and after you're paired with a matched Little,
If you're a little, then you start to get matched with a caregiver, sometimes even two, then you live your life out as the age your test detected

Y/n L/n, has a history of abuse from her parents, currently she lives with her aunt but barely notices her at all. One day, finally got the chance to take the test, she was a little, but she wasn't too little she regressed around the age of five.
