Before death, Kaveh's father asked Aranaras one last thing - to look after his son. Little did he know that, forced by his misfortune, Kaveh grew up faster than other kids, hence his childlike sense of wonder never properly developed and he never was able too see them.

Alhaitham on the other hand was raised rather comfortably, and even though he was much more intelligent and critical than other kids, he never stopped dreaming and developing his curiosity. It was logical for him to be curious, it meant learning. That's why the miniature leaf-like creatures were always visible to him when wandering around wildlife.

But ever since Alhaitham met Kaveh, he was always wondering why Aranaras follow him. When he asked the blonde he always denied their existence and called scribe's assumptions 'schizophrenic'.

But was it really the truth?
