Katsuki Bakugo, a teenager with a mother with cancer and an abusive father, has to go live in the dorms at U.A. Meanwhile, another child, Izuku Midoriya, was suffering from his own issues at home. Izuku's mother was best friends with Katsuki's mother. When Katsuki's mother fell ill, Izuku's mother invested all her time into caring for Katsuki's mom. Izuku's father stepped back into his life, just to abuse him day and night. 
This story has heavy topics, such as child abuse. There may be lighthearted art, but that doesn't take away from the fact that these are situations real children find themselves in. Going into this, remember there WILL BE mentions of child abuse, please understand this while reading.
