When Dorothy (played by Llene Woods got send to the doctors and was forced to have a shock therapy at night, she got swept away with her chicken, Billina (voiced by Mel Blanc) and had returned to Oz, but oz is now under the rules of a evil king!!!

(This story is based out of my head, and I have a question in mind of what this is related in 1953 instead.
