They've kidnapped children and placed them in training facilities and used them as test subjects. So far the C.A.S have fail expected one woman that refuse to help HYDRA and make any contact with anyone. Kidnapped by HYDRA at the age of 14 this Hazel eyed brunette was abused and broken now president day she's strong and mighty.
