HYDRA been working on a new experiment called C.A.S or aka Captain America Serum. HYDRA has run so many tests on so many children . They've kidnapped children and placed them in training facilities and used them as test subjects. So far the C.A.S have fail expected one woman that refuse to help HYDRA and make any contact with anyone. Kidnapped by HYDRA at the age of 14 this Hazel eyed brunette  was abused and broken now president day she's strong and mighty. On a to destroy a HYDRA lad this 26 year old comes face to face with Steve Rogers instantly he becomes drawn to this broken girl.
