Five centuries ago, in the brilliance of the Seventh Heaven, God spoke.
His voice, a whisper carried by winds of ether, was directed to Okar, one of the ten Celestial Guardians tasked with watching over the Golden Loop, a sacred boundary between worlds. Guardian of Instant Teleportation, Okar received a singular command: to forge a key, an artifact later known as the Phoenix Talisman.

Pressed against the bearer's skin, this medallion could, with a single touch, replicate the supernatural powers of others. A prolonged contact would siphon and transfer those powers to its wielder, as long as the talisman remained against their body. A mere effort of will was enough to summon the stolen abilities.

God then commanded Okar to cast the talisman down to Earth a test to observe how the beings of the magical realm sorcerers, demons, and perhaps even humans would react to such power. It was a prelude to the opening of the Golden Loop. Okar's mission was clear: to observe the artifact without intervening, unless in self-defense. Celestial Guardians were forbidden from attacking angels, demons, magical beings, or humans. Yet Okar stoic, audacious, and a master of bending the rules excelled in negotiation and mental manipulation.

Since then, the talisman has become a coveted relic. Whispers of its power reached even the depths of Hell, where Lucifer himself seeks it. Ancient prophecies foretell that, should the talisman fall into the hands of the Prince of Darkness, a cataclysm will shake Hell, Earth, and Heaven alike.

Thus, Okar watches still a pawn in a divine game where every move could shatter the balance of worlds
