dark love(sterek/nogitsune/sciam)

Stiles has always loved Derek. his little sourwolf. so much that when Derek gets possessed mentaly by the nogitsune that be offers to be the host to save Derek's life.
stiles starts loseing his mind while the nogitsune takes it over.
can Derek's love get the nogitsune to go away?
or will it just stay and slowly kill stiles from the inside out?
