Fall of grimdale

This is an old story I worked on a few years ago under the name of 'TabMonkey'
I did publish online, I am saying this before anyone who reads this claims I have stolen this. I have not, I am only publishing this here now. Also, I was thinking of continuing this story, but I was interested in what people would say, also my writing style had changed over the years, so it could go a completely different angle.
But, say what you wish.
