Jimmy gets the sinking feeling she never left, but instead is in hiding from someone or has moved and just blocked Chloe on everything. What will this trio of friends find? Warren Graham, a boy Max thought to be 'just a friend', seems to want something that's clearly not there. Torn between being honest with her friend and herself, Max must make a difficult decision. It has been over a year since Arcadia Bay was destroyed Chloe and her parents and all survivors from Blackwell were moved by the state one town over. Max and Chloe find trouble with the people around them, old enemies and friends return.
