Due to a tragic even in her past, Lexis Rose Andreessen is unaffected by the shockwave which affects almost everyone within a hundred mile radius. She finds herself scared, alone, and surrounded by creatures she once knew that have no recollection of her, are filled with rage, and have the incessant need to eat.
