This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head. Hope you can connect with some of these because sometimes just knowing you are not alone with how you are feeling is enough to comfort yourself.

When you are stressed, how do you cope? When you feel too excited, too enamoured, not doped? And when you are sad and feeling blue? How do you exactly change your hue? Me? Time and time again, I have been always feeling lost Not knowing what to do to fight my cause Not knowing how to fully unravel my own version of finery And so, I tried this one most effective way through writing poetry. 18:22, THURSDAY, 040617

Cutting open my heart to pour out how I feel. It comes down in floods of blood as words scatter on the floor in a jumbled mess or a pathetic attempt to explain my feelings. A book filled with all of my poetry. Enjoy the somewhat dark and somewhat light hearted rhyming poems that I have written.

Trapped. Surrounded on all sides by an overpowering barrier visible only to you. A barrier consisting of your thoughts, your dreams, your hopes, separating you from the rest of the world. Thoughts struggling to escape, the memories vivid in your head. You're trying to push back the flood of emotion, trying to break down that wall that's separating you from the judgement that awaits you at the other side. Your fears captivate you and morph you into a new person entirely. Surrounded on all sides and breaking into cold perspiration. Enveloping you is that same fear, gripping at your heart. You stand still hoping for the storm to back down, hoping for another chance. Sooner or later you're faced with reality and you'll know there's no turning back. All that remains is a whisper of silence.
