The year is 2098 and the US is overrun with stray dogs. Shelters euthanize hundreds everyday but the dogs keep appearing.
     Under loads of stress and disgust, the President of the United States, Gary M Klein decided to pass a law, "...until the stray dog population has decreased, there shall be a stray dog season."
     Charity, a Silken Windhound, is on a mission to find her mate but it's difficult when either enemy dogs or hunting humans are all she runs into. 
     Some dogs will survive this new season and others may fall...
