Kairo Kimura is a strange girl who sees the world in a completely different way than others. But she hasn't been the same ever since an incident that happened to her in middle school. On top of that, her best friend went to study in a different country, and her cheerful personality has been fading away over the past few years. When Kairo reunites with her childhood friends, Haru, Makoto and Nagisa, they try an attempt to bring it back, and on top of that, try to figure out what happened in middle school; all the while bringing their old high school swim club back from the dead. As Rin returns to Japan from Australia, it turns out to be both a blessing and a curse. Not wanting to live her life in sorrow anymore, Kairo also reunites with some of her closest middle school friends to try and recreate what she had in the past. Can her best friend's heal her before chaos takes over her mind? Kairo needs to figure out if she wants to let go of her tragic incident and live life the way it's supposed to be, or stay like this for the rest of her days and never truly let her friends inside her heart.
